The Missouri Department of Commerce and Insurance (DCI) has adopted amendments to [20 CSR 500-4.300 Rate Variations (Consent Rate) Prerequisites](https://www.sos.mo.gov/cmsimages/adrules/csr/current/20csr/20c500-4.pdf). The DCI removed section (3), which set forth consent-to-rate standards for aircraft insurance, to comply with previous statutory amendments to section 379.316.1(3), RSMo, that took place during the 2023 legislative session.
