On February 10, 2026, the North Carolina Rate Bureau (NCRB) issued Circular A-26-1 to publish standardized reporting templates for personal lines statistical data submissions beginning in 2026.

Along with the templates, the circular outlines the data that needs to be submitted and provides the corresponding due dates. The NCRB requests that member companies work with their Statistical Organizations to enable timely and accurate reporting.
