On October 17, 2024, The North Carolina Department of Insurance (NCDOI) issued [Bulletin Number 24-B-17](https://www.ncdoi.gov/documents/actuarial/24-b-17-hurricane-helene-data-call/open) to all insurers writing property and casualty insurance in the state, requiring participation in the Hurricane Helene Data Call.

 

The bulletin provides a link to the instructions, the required forms, and the due dates of each report. The first report is due November 1, 2024 and should be submitted to [DataCall@ncdoi.gov](mailto:DataCall@ncdoi.gov).
