On August 3, 2023, the North Carolina Rate Bureau (NCRB) issued a circular letter to all property member companies regarding the Mobile Homeowners Statistical Data Call. They are requiring Mobile Home data to support Mobile Home (C) and Mobile Home (F) programs. Carriers who do not write mobile homeowners in the programs stated are not required to respond to the data call. 

It is asked that an appointed contact who will submit the data for this data call is provided via email to Karen Ott at klo@ncrb.org. Included in this should also be  which companies and which program will be submitted. This is to be provided no later than August 15, 2023.

Thirty days before the actual due date of the data, the appointed contacts will receive a request for the submission of data. This is where all data will be submitted. The final due date for data is September 15, 2023.
