On October 17, 2024, the Tennessee Department of Commerce and Insurance (TDCI) issued Bulletin 24-04 to all insurers authorized to write property and casualty insurance in the state, informing them of the catastrophe claims data call related to Hurricane Helene.

On October 17, 2024, The North Carolina Department of Insurance (NCDOI) issued Bulletin Number 24-B-17 to all insurers writing property and casualty insurance in the state, requiring participation in the Hurricane Helene Data Call.

On October 8, 2024, the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation (FLOIR) issued a Data Call Notice following Hurricane Milton, requiring certain insurers to submit daily simplified catastrophe reporting.

On October 2, 2024, the South Carolina Department of Insurance (SCDOI) issued a Notice of Catastrophe Claims Data Call following Tropical Storm Helene, requiring insurers that write private and/or excess flood insurance coverage to respond.

On September 13, 2024, the New Mexico Office of Superintendent of Insurance (NMOSI) issued Corrected Bulletin 2024-016, requesting all insurers that have issued residential property insurance policies covering risks located in the state to file underwriting guidelines.

On August 28, 2024, the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation (FLOIR) issued a follow-up Data Call Notice for Hurricane Debby, requiring certain insurers to submit simplified catastrophe reporting.

On August 22, 2024, the Washington State Office of the Insurance Commissioner (WOIC) issued a residential policy nonrenewals and cancellations data call, along with instructions and the worksheet that is to be submitted.
