On July 9, 2024, the Alabama Department of Insurance (ALDOI) issued Bulletin No. 2024-03 regarding a Hurricane Sally data call.
Insurers providing residential property coverage in Alabama for properties located south of Interstate 10 as of September 16, 2020, are required to submit the requested data. The bulletin outlines the information needed and the instructions on how to complete the data call. Responses are due by August 23, 2024.
