On October 29, 2025, the Arizona Department of Insurance and Financial Institutions (Department) issued Bulletin 2025-09 (Addendum) to expand the relief areas originally specified in the previous Bulletin 2025-09.
Following heavy rains that began on September 25, 2025, in Gila County, the Department issued Bulletin 2025-09 to encourage insurers to provide a 90-day grace period for payment of premiums and postpone cancellations and nonrenewals, among other types of relief. The addendum to the bulletin was issued to expand the relief areas to include Mohave County and certain areas of Maricopa County.
