Florida has adopted amendments to FAC 69O-137.009 and FAC 69O-171.011. Please see the summary of each rule below.
This rule changes the report that all insurers with personal or commercial lines residential property policies in the state must file with the Office from a supplemental report to a market intelligence report. The report should include the information described on the updated Form OIR-D0-1185 (10/25). The specified market intelligence report for each insurer should be filed on or before the last day of the following month.
This rule was amended to update the title of Form OIR-B1-2222 to "Florida Property Claims Lifecycle Data Call Reporting Form" and change the corresponding effective date to 01/26. Reports are due on or before March 1 of each year and should be filed electronically.
