On December 19, 2025, the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation (FLOIR) issued a data call notice reminding insurers of their requirement to report Florida Property Claims Lifecycle Reporting data on an annual basis and requesting additional voluntary information.
Each authorized insurer issuing personal lines or commercial lines residential property insurance policies must report the data described in the notice for every property claim closed between January 1, 2025, and December 31, 2025. The reports must be submitted through the Insurance Regulation Filing System by March 2, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. ET. The notice provides additional instructions on how to submit the reports.
Additionally, the FLOIR has prepared a voluntary information request to gather information regarding insurers' ability to comply with Florida law. For any insurer deciding to submit responses, a link to the template can be found in the notice and must be submitted no later than Friday, January 30, 2026. The notice provides instructions for submission.
