On April 18, 2025, the Idaho Department of Insurance released Bulletin No. 25-02 to issue a mandatory property insurance market data call.
Only insurers authorized to write homeowners and dwelling fire property insurance in the state are required to respond to the data call if, in 2022, they wrote over $200 million in premium nationwide and have Idaho policies or wrote over $1.5 million in premium in Idaho. The bulletin provides instructions on how to complete and submit the requested data. Responses are due no later than May 20, 2025.
