On October 6, 2026, the Louisiana Department of Insurance (LDI) issued Directive 224-R (Rescinded) to rescind the homeowners' insurance policies and commercial lines property policies data calls relating to the 2024 hurricane season.
The data calls required insurers to complete and submit the Homeowners' Insurance Policies Data Calls and the Commercial Lines Property Policies Data Calls through the Industry Access Portal. The LDI has obtained the necessary information relating to the 2024 hurricane season and has rescinded the reporting requirements established in Directive 224.
