On August 17, 2026, the Louisiana Department of Insurance (LDI) issued Directive 204-R (Rescinded) to rescind the previous Directive 204 (Revised and Reissued).
The previous directive required the annual submission of market data relating to residential property and private passenger automobile insurance through the Industry Access Portal. The LDI has developed an alternative means of collecting this necessary data and is rescinding the previously established reporting requirements.
