On September 13, 2024, the New Mexico Office of Superintendent of Insurance (NMOSI) issued Corrected Bulletin 2024-016, requesting all insurers that have issued residential property insurance policies covering risks located in the state to file underwriting guidelines.
The NMOSI is requesting the underwriting guidelines that were in place on September 1, 2024, to be submitted. The information should be submitted to the state on or before September 30, 2024.
