New York's Department of Financial Services (DFS) has issued an Annual Availability Survey, which includes Free Trade Zone Reporting and Special Homeowners Insurance Supplement, to all licensed property and casualty insurers.
The following types of insurers are required to respond to the survey:
Companies within the same insurance group may continue to file a single submission.
A response to this survey is due no later than December 29, 2023.
