On October 31, 2025, the Alaska Division of Insurance (AKDOI) issued Bulletin B25-08, which supersedes Bulletin B25-07, providing requirements for insurers following the storms that impacted the west coast of Alaska.

On October 9, 2025, Alaska Governor Mike Dunleavy issued a disaster declaration for storms impacting the west coast and expanded the list of impacted areas in an amendment issued on October 12, 2025. In response, the Alaska Division of Insurance (AKDOI) issued Bulletin B25-07 to direct all insurers to provide the specified relief to affected policyholders.

On January 23, 2025, the Alaska Division of Insurance (AKDOI) released Bulletin B 25-03 to withdraw Bulletin B 24-07 Depreciation of Labor that was released on May 7, 2024.

On August 26, 2024, Alaska Governor Mike Dunleavy issued a disaster declaration following heavy rain and landslides in Ketchikan, activating the State Emergency Operations Plan. The Alaska Division of Insurance (AKDOI) issued Bulletin B24-10 to provide guidelines for insurers to follow.

On May 7, 2024, the Alaska Division of Insurance (AKDOI) released Bulletin B 24-07 to admitted insurers writing property and casualty business in the state of Alaska regarding depreciation of labor.
