On January 23, 2025, the Alaska Division of Insurance (AKDOI) released Bulletin B 25-03 to withdraw Bulletin B 24-07 Depreciation of Labor that was released on May 7, 2024.

Bulletin B 24-07 stated that all new or renewal policies that included property coverage could not include depreciation of labor in the definition of "actual cash value" and has been withdrawn effective January 24, 2025.
