Data Call

On January 7, 2026, the Washington State Office of the Insurance Commissioner (OIC) issued a post-flood data call relating to the December 2025 atmospheric river weather event.

On December 19, 2025, the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation (FLOIR) issued a data call notice reminding insurers of their requirement to report Florida Property Claims Lifecycle Reporting data on an annual basis and requesting additional voluntary information. 

On October 31, 2025, the Washington State Office of the Insurance Commissioner issued a Property and Casualty Policy Count Data Call with instructions, requiring all authorized property and casualty companies that transacted insurance business in the state during 2024 to respond. 

The Hawaii Insurance Division has issued its annual insurance premium data call requesting that all motor vehicle insurers submit their private passenger automobile premium information.

On September 15, 2025, the Washington State Office of the Insurance Commissioner (OIC) issued a data call on residential policy nonrenewals and cancellations, along with instructions and worksheets for submission.

On September 2, 2025, the Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) issued Commissioner's Bulletin #B-0013-25 to announce their disallowed expenses data call.

On August 1, 2025, the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation issued an informational memorandum reminding insurers of their requirement to complete the Florida Property Claims Lifecycle Data Call Reporting Form on a yearly basis.

On July 19, 2025, the Pennsylvania Insurance Department issued a notice for their annual Private Passenger Automobile Data Call. The data call consists of four parts, with details on who must complete and submit data for each part.

On July 1, 2025, the South Carolina Department of Insurance (SCDOI) issued a Notice of Liability Data Call to all insurers authorized to write property and casualty insurance in the state.
