Data Call

On July 18, 2026, the Pennsylvania Insurance Department (PID) issued a noticefor their annual Private Passenger Automobile Data Call. The data call consists of two parts, with details on who must complete and submit data for each part. The instructions and spreadsheets are provided in the data call details on the PID's website. Responses on both parts must be submitted no later than October 15, 2026.

On June 29, 2026, Illinois issued Company Bulletin 2026-08, requiring all insurers in the state who collected direct written premium amounts of more than $100 million nationwide during 2025 to respond to the NAIC Climate Risk Disclosure Survey. The bulletin provides instructions for submitting survey responses, which are due August 31, 2026.

On June 17, 2026, the North Carolina Department of Insurance (NCDOI) issued Bulletin Number 26-B-10  all insurers writing property and casualty insurance in the state, requesting catastrophe reinsurance data for personal lines property policies. 

On June 12, 2026, the Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) issued Commissioner’s Bulletin #B-0004-26 to announce their calendar year 2025 disallowed expenses data call.

On May 5, 2026, the Louisiana Department of Insurance (LDI) issued Directive 204 (Revised and Reissued) to update guidance on reporting requirements related to residential property and private passenger automobile insurance.

On April 17, 2026, the Hawaii Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs issued Commissioner's Memorandum 2026-4PC requiring certain insurers to complete the Hurricane Insurance Data Call Worksheet.

On March 27, 2026, the Minnesota Department of Commerce (Department) issued Administrative Bulletin 2026-2 to remind insurers writing homeowners insurance in certain areas of their requirement to file a report.
