On February 12, 2025, the North Carolina Department of Insurance (NCDOI) issued Bulletin Number 25-B-02 to notify companies of their annual reporting requirements for insurance covering loss to residential real property with not more than four housing units, including consent to rate data.

Only insurers that have data to report on homeowners policies must complete the data call. The forms and instructions on how to complete the data call can be found on the NCDOI website, and a link is provided in the bulletin. Responses must be submitted no later than March 27, 2025.
