    Colorado Enacts 1 CCR 204-10, Rule 7

    Colorado has enacted 1 CCR 204-10, Rule 7, which, among other provisions, establishes motor vehicle reporting requirements for insurers that issue insurance policies under Part 6, Article 4 of Title 10. Insurers with any policies in place for the preceding six months must provide policy information every week for the immediately preceding week. The information must be reported no later than seven working days after the last date of the week reported on. This rule is effective on September 30, 2024.
