On August 3, 2023, the North Carolina Rate Bureau (NCRB) issued a circular letter to all property member companies regarding the Mobile Homeowners Statistical Data Call. They are requiring Mobile Home data to support Mobile Home (C) and Mobile Home (F) programs. Carriers who do not write mobile homeowners in the programs stated are not required to respond to the data call. 

On July 22, 2023, the Pennsylvania Insurance Department (PID) issued a notice to conduct its 2022 Private Passenger Automobile Data Call. The PID issued this data call in order to monitor the private passenger automobile insurance marketplace in Pennsylvania. 

Utah has recently enacted House Bill 410, a comprehensive insurance omnibus bill that introduces several changes to the insurance landscape in the state. The bill, which amends the Insurance Code, the Public Employees' Benefit and Insurance Program Act, and related provisions, was signed into law by the Governor on March 14, 2023, and officially took effect on May 3, 2023.

On April 17, 2023, the Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) issued Commissioner's Bulletin # B-0003-23 to implement the 2023 HelpInsure.com price comparisons data call for insurers writing personal automobile and residential property policies in Texas.

Following tornado events that took place in Arkansas on March 31, 2023, the Arkansas Insurance Department (AID) issued Bulletin 8-2023 on May 1, 2023 requesting that all property and casualty insurers (including Surplus Lines carriers) respond to its tornado disaster claims data call.

On April 10, 2023, the Tennessee Department of Commerce and Insurance (DCI) issued Bulletin 23-01 requesting insurers' assistance with policyholders affected by the March 31, 2023 and April 1, 2023 tornadoes.

On March 29, 2023, the U.S Department of the Treasury published a notice in the Federal Register for the Terrorism Risk Insurance Program (TRIP) Data Call.

On March 24, 2023, the District of Columbia enacted the "Motor Vehicle and Homeowner Insurance Prior Approval Rate Filing Emergency Amendment Act of 2023" (D.C. Act 25-58). The bill amends existing regulations for motor vehicle and homeowner insurance rate filings and will impact property and casualty insurers in the following ways:

On November 9, 2022, the Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) issued Commissioner's Bulletin # B-0009-22 regarding its 2022 call for annual experience and workers' compensation deductible plans.

On November 10, 2022, the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation (OIR) issued an Emergency Order and a required weekly data call related to Hurricane Nicole.
