On October 17, 2024, The North Carolina Department of Insurance (NCDOI) issued Bulletin Number 24-B-17 to all insurers writing property and casualty insurance in the state, requiring participation in the Hurricane Helene Data Call.

The bulletin provides a link to the instructions, the required forms, and the due dates of each report. The first report is due November 1, 2024 and should be submitted to DataCall@ncdoi.gov.
