On August 1, 2024, the Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) issued Commissioner's Bulletin #B-0015-24 to announce their disallowed expenses data call. 

On July 22, 2024, the Washington State Office of the Insurance Commissioner (WOIC) issued a data call with instructions and the worksheet that is to be submitted. Companies that may have provided any property and/or liability coverage with effective dates between January 1, 2019, and December 31, 2023, to housing providers receiving housing trust fund resources and serving extremely low-income households must complete the data call. If, after review, companies identify that they have not provided any such coverage, they only need to complete the first tab of the worksheet for submission. All responses should be emailed to datacall@oic.wa.gov by the close of business on August 27, 2024.

On July 12, 2024, the Louisiana Department of Insurance (LDI) issued Directive 224 to notify all authorized property and casualty insurers and surplus lines insurers of the Homeowners Insurance Policies Data Calls and the Commercial Lines Property Policies Data Calls.

On July 8, 2024, the Pennsylvania Insurance Department (PID) issued their annual Private Passenger Automobile Data Call that will help them monitor the private passenger automobile insurance marketplace in the state.

On July 9, 2024, the Alabama Department of Insurance (ALDOI) issued Bulletin No. 2024-03 regarding a Hurricane Sally data call.

On July 8, 2024, the New Jersey Department of Banking and Insurance (NJDOBI) issued Bulletin No. 24-10 and Order No. A24-06 simultaneously to request information from insurers that have written premium in 2023 for certain lines of business.

On June 24, 2024, the Washington State Office of the Insurance Commissioner (WOIC) issued a news release urging insurance companies to extend the additional living expenses benefit for wildfire victims who are nearing their 12-month limit on that coverage.

On June 18, 2024, the Louisiana Department of Insurance (LDI) issued Bulletin 2024-01 to all property and casualty insurers, providing notification and guidance on reporting requirements relating to homeowners insurance policies issued in Louisiana.

On June 20, 2024, the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation (FLOIR) issued a Data Call Notice following Invest 90L South Florida Flash Flooding, requiring certain insurers to report claims data.

On June 7, 2024, the South Carolina Department of Insurance (SCDOI) issued a Notice of Liability Data Call to all insurers licensed or authorized to write property and casualty insurance coverage in South Carolina.
