New York's Department of Financial Services (DFS) has issued an Annual Availability Survey, which includes Free Trade Zone Reporting and Special Homeowners Insurance Supplement, to all licensed property and casualty insurers. 

On November 9, 2023, the Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) issued Commissioner's Bulletin #B-0014-23 requiring certain insurers to provide data for the reporting period of January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023. 

On November 6, 2023, the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation (FLOIR) issued a data call notice for catastrophe reporting in response to Hurricane Idalia. The FLOIR is requiring enhanced data call reporting for November 2023. The deadline to submit the data call is Thursday, November 16, 2023.

On October 30, 2023, New York's Department of Financial Services (DFS) released a letter pursuant to Section 308 of the Insurance Law requiring companies reporting written premium for commercial automobile insurance to complete a survey. This survey requests detailed information on the total number of policies and direct premiums written, by category, for all public auto rate classifications during the time period of January 2022 through September 30, 2023. Any rate revisions that are being contemplated, or changes in your current level of writings in the immediate future, should also be included.

On October 18, 2023, the Vermont Department of Financial Regulation (DFR) released Insurance Bulletin No. 227 in response to severe flooding and rain that occurred in July 2023. DFR has issued a data call to property and casualty insurers, including surplus lines or non-admitted insurers, for claims arising from these events with a date of loss between July 7, 2023 and September 1, 2023. The claims data, however, should not be limited to this time period or the counties identified in FEMA's disaster notices.

On September 29, 2023, Hawaii issued Commissioner's Memorandum 2023-6R requiring all insurers who currently write, or have wrote residential hurricane coverage in the last 15 years, to complete the data call worksheet.

On October 2, 2023, the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation (FLOIR) issued a data call notice continuing catastrophe reporting in response to Hurricane Idalia. FLOIR is continuing the data call reporting and is now requiring weekly reporting. The dates in which the reporting is due are:

On September 20, 2023, the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation (FLOIR) issued a data call notice requiring enhanced catastrophe reporting for September 2023 in response to Hurricane Ian.

On September 12, 2023, the North Carolina Department of Insurance (NCDOI) issued Bulletin 23-B-07 which outlines the semi-annual reporting requirements for all property and casualty insurers covering writing nonfleet private passenger motor vehicle physical damage and homeowners insurance in North Carolina. This data call applies only to companies that issued Consent to Rate policies during the period of 1/1/2023 - 6/30/2023.

On September 13, 2023, the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation (FLOIR) issued a data call notice continuing the previous data call in response to Hurricane Idalia. FLOIR is continuing the data call reporting and is now requiring twice a week reporting. The dates in which the reporting is due are:
