On August 1, 2024, the Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) issued Commissioner's Bulletin #B-0015-24 to announce their disallowed expenses data call. 

The TDI is requiring all property and casualty insurers that wrote premium in 2023 for the specified lines of insurance to provide responses to the data call. The bulletin provides the reporting form and instructions on how to complete and submit responses, which are to be returned to DataCall@tdi.texas.gov no later than August 30, 2024.
