On July 12, 2024, the Louisiana Department of Insurance (LDI) issued Directive 224 to notify all authorized property and casualty insurers and surplus lines insurers of the Homeowners Insurance Policies Data Calls and the Commercial Lines Property Policies Data Calls.

All insurers are required to submit information on all homeowners and commercial lines property policies in place on June 1, 2024, through July 30, 2024. Please see the directive for the requested information and instructions on how to complete and submit the data calls through the POIDRS module in the Industry Access Portal found on the LDI website. Responses must be submitted by August 15, 2024.
