Florida Issues New Reporting Deadlines for Hurricane Debby Data Call

On August 20, 2024, the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation (FLOIR) issued a follow-up Data Call Notice for Hurricane Debby, requiring certain insurers to submit simplified catastrophe reporting.

 

FLOIR is requiring insurers authorized to write the specified lines of business in Florida to submit responses to the data call on Friday, August 23, 2024, and Friday, August 30, 2024. The data must be submitted by 12 p.m. ET for each deadline using the Simplified 2024 Catastrophe Reporting Form (CRF). The data call provides instructions on how to submit the CRF.
