Phil also specializes in cannabis business exposures, staying current with ever-changing regulations, market trends, and insurance developments. He was both the architect of the Cannabis Businessowners Policy (CannaBOP) and project lead for all standardized cannabis coverage provisions and exclusions. Phil has also worked as an insurance coverage and commercial litigation attorney at a national law firm and a law clerk at the Cook County Circuit Court in Chicago.
