On July 17, 2026, the Alabama Department of Insurance issued Bulletin No. 2026-04 announcing revisions of SERFF filing fees and maintaining that such fees must be made by electronic funds transfer (EFT) payment. The bulletin provides updated filing fees for different filing types and lines of insurance. Effective October 1, 2026, this bulletin rescinds and replaces Bulletin No. 2021-06, Bulletin No. 2024-04, and Bulletin No. 2025-04.
