On May 20, 2024, the Delaware Department of Insurance (DEDOI) released Domestic/Foreign Insurers Bulletin No. 84 (Revised) to all insurance companies that market property and casualty insurance in Delaware.

The revised bulletin notifies insurers that there were revisions made to the Property and Casualty Insurance Carrier Survey form. This survey is to be completed and returned to the DEDOI by February 1, annually. All surveys should be submitted to doi-survey-response@delaware.gov.
