    Hawaii Issues Hurricane Insurance Data Call

    On April 17, 2026, the Hawaii Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs issued Commissioner's Memorandum 2026-4PC requiring certain insurers to complete the Hurricane Insurance Data Call Worksheet.

     

    The Commissioner is requiring all authorized insurers in the residential hurricane market who currently write residential hurricane coverage in the state to complete the data call worksheet. The memorandum provides instructions on how to submit responses to the Insurance Division, P&C Filing Branch. Responses are due on or before May 4, 2026.
