On September 29, 2023, Hawaii issued Commissioner's Memorandum 2023-6R requiring all insurers who currently write, or have wrote residential hurricane coverage in the last 15 years, to complete the data call worksheet.
The data call worksheet must be completed and submitted by December 31, 2023, and can be found here.
To submit the worksheet, please email it to RPAdatacall@dcca.hawaii.gov and use "2023 Hurricane Data Call" in the subject line.
