On April 23, 2026, the Michigan Department of Insurance and Financial Services issued Bulletin 2026-13-INS to announce the annually adjusted maximum refund of unearned premiums that constitutes a covered claim of the Property and Casualty Guaranty Association.

As required, the Director has performed the review and adjusted the maximum unearned premium refund for the period from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027, to $2,063.
