On November 4, 2025, the Missouri Department of Commerce and Insurance (Department) issued Insurance Bulletin 25-11 as an addendum and clarification to Insurance Bulletin 25-10.

Insurance Bulletin 25-10 was issued to all property and casualty insurers writing homeowners and dwelling insurance in the state to stop policy cancellations and nonrenewals under certain circumstances. The Department issued Insurance Bulletin 25-11 to extend the provisions of the previous bulletin to apply to master policies issued to condominiums located in the state. Additionally, the bulletin provides clarification on the terms and applicability of the moratorium put in place by Insurance Bulletin 25-10.
