On January 16, 2026, the North Carolina Rate Bureau (NCRB) released Circular G-26-1, providing a schedule of data calls for 2026 with the due date and who is required to report for each one.

All data calls are required to be submitted through the Insurance Data Collection (IDC) web application. The circular provides details on how to access the IDC system and offers training sessions. Additionally, the circular outlines the fine procedures for the late submission of any data call.
