On January 29, 2024, the North Carolina Rate Bureau (NCRB) released Circular Letter G-24-2 providing a schedule of the upcoming Data Calls for 2024 and the details behind each data call.  

Each data call requires a submission through their Insurance Data Collection System (IDC) in a timely manner. The circular offers instructions and training opportunities for the IDC and how to access the IDC via NCRB Webportal. 

The Circular also outlines a Fine Procedure for any late submissions of the required data calls.
