On August 22, 2024, the Oklahoma Insurance Department (OID) issued Bulletin No. 2024-07, notifying insurers of rule changes and requiring certain insurers to file a Market Survey Attestation.

The OID is requiring all property and casualty carriers, along with surplus lines carriers writing personal or commercial passenger auto policies in the state, to file the provided Market Survey Attestation through the Systems for Electronic Rates and Forms Filing (SERFF). All surveys must be filed by December 31, 2024.
