On May 1, 2024, the Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) issued Commissioner's Bulletin #B-0003-24 to certain companies requesting information for property direct written premium in the Texas catastrophe area from January 1, 2023, to December 31, 2023.

Included in the bulletin are categories outlining which companies are subject to the data call, along with the data call instructions, form, and affidavit. Responses are due no later than May 31, 2024.
