Florida has amended FAC 69O-170.0155, which, among other provisions, updates the titles and revision dates of forms as well as adds instructions for insurers regarding the submission of form OIR-B1-1802.

Many forms received updates to their titles, revision dates, or links. Additionally, the rule adds that within 60 days from the effective date of a rate change to the policy or 60 days from the effective date of the policy, whichever occurs later, insurers must submit to the Office of Insurance Regulation (Office) the information contained in any OIR-B1-1802 form received by the insurer and relating to such policy. The information should be submitted through the Office's web portal. The rule also describes information that insurers should not submit to the Office.
