On August 1, 2025, the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation issued an informational memorandum reminding insurers of their requirement to complete the Florida Property Claims Lifecycle Data Call Reporting Form on a yearly basis.
The memorandum states that all insurers issuing personal or commercial residential property insurance policies are required to complete the above-mentioned form by March 1st of each year. Insurers are responsible for ensuring that all required data is collected in order to make a complete filing. The memorandum describes the data that should be reported on each closed claim.
