On February 5, 2024, the North Carolina Department of Insurance (NCDOI) issued Bulletin 24-B-02 to property and casualty insurers writing Private Passenger Motor Vehicle Damage and Homeowners insurance in North Carolina.

The bulletin requests data from companies that have issued Consent to Rate policies for private passenger motor vehicle physical damage and homeowners residential property with not more than four housing units during the period of 7/1/2023 - 12/31/2023. Companies that have not written Consent to Rate policies for these coverages do not need to respond to the data call.

The response is to be submitted no later than March 15, 2024.
