BriteCore CMO Discusses Technology Needs, Adapting to Industry Changes, and More…

At the 2022 NAMIC Annual Convention, AAIS interviewed BriteCore Chief Marketing Officer Amede Hungerford about current issues and trends across the insurance industry, and what insurers can expect moving into 2023.

Hungerford discussed a recent survey of insurers that revealed key priorities amongst carriers which included seeking to improve the agent experience and streamline the underwriting and claims processes.

Respondents also stressed the need for technology that included an all-in-one capability as well as an ability to utilize APIs to engage with business partners across the ecosystem.

"Change is a constant theme in the insurance industry and BriteCore is enabling that change,” according to Hungerford. “BriteCore does this by providing a core system that provides the all-in-one capability that brings together the agentry-policyholder experience so that you have third-party data services and applications that complement the core system.” It seeks to provide insurers with the capability and adaptability to address the change that’s happening in the insurance industry.
